We are a consulting company operating on the Polish construction engineering and fixed property market. The main focus of our activity is the investment management field by Project Management, Substitute Investing and Contract Engineer, as well as investment consultancy.
Since 1993, we have been acquiring our experience and increasing the scope of our services in the areas of investment development and management. Since 2004 we have also been active in full tenant service that included preparing usable areas from planning the interior design to completing, fitting, supervising, accepting and accounting for investments.
We have experience in working according to the FIDIC standards (International Federation of Consulting Engineers), consolidated – among others – by acting as Contract Engineer in the construction of the Poznan Financial Centre, Liberty Corner in Warsaw (the new seat of the Polish Press Agency) and Andersia Tower in Poznan.
