We conducted the technical due diligence analysis of an office building within the framework of an agreement with PZU Asset Management S.A. Our task was to prepare the full report covering an analysis of the available building documentation and the complex evaluation of the technical and formal condition of the property including the identification of risks and other specific aspects related to the investment.
