On the basis of the commission of TK Polska Operations SA we prepared the documentation entitled: "Nowa Wilda – The project which the city needs" as justification for a change in the provisions of the "Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Land Development of the City of Poznań". The subject of the documentation is the multi-plane analysis of the project for development of land neighbouring the core centre of Poznań as the investment which orders, transforms and revitalizes the municipal space.
