In case of construction investments, Project Management consists in managing the entire construction process starting with planning, to everyday supervision of the work progress, to the moment of delivering a finished building. With such a solution it is possible to keep the established work schedule while maintaining the appropriate quality and optimizing the construction expenses.

Within Project Management we offer:

  • preparing a schedule and budget for the investment;
  • participating in the selection of the general contractor;
  • handling correspondence with the investment participants (designer, institutions and generalcontractor);
  • coordinating the work of supervising inspectors;
  • participating in construction councils;
  • verifying monthly invoices of the general contractor;
  • coordinating the list of faults;
  • preparing a final report to settle accounts with the general contractor.
