1. General provisions

1.1 The data administrator is Probuild sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000036267, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court of Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 7810013469, REGON: 630127030.
1.2 Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
1.3 Personal data is all information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is a person whose identity can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to one or several factors defining it.
1.4 Processing of personal data is understood as any operations performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, development, modification, sharing and deletion, in particular those performed in information systems.
1.5 For the purposes of better acceptance of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
1.6 Personal data provided in the contact form on our website www.probuild.pl are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

2. Data Administrator

2.1 The Service Provider is the administrator of personal data provided on the website www.probuild.pl. If you use our forms to transfer personal data (subscription to the newsletter, contact form, reservations), we process your data as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number to contact you in response to the message you sent.
2.2 Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
b. in accordance with the Privacy Policy implemented,
c. to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you, depending on the form you use.
2.3 Any data subject who has provided his personal data to us has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

2.5 We reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of consent only to the extent of the need to seek possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
2.6 The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (eg. law enforcement authorities).
2.7 Removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
2.8 The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities than authorized under the applicable law.
2.9 Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by the processor with whom we work closely.

3. Cookies

3.1 The website www.probuild.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow to read information contained in them only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore make it easier to use previously visited websites. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
3.2 The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our website to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information using Google Analitics, which records user behavior on the site. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website that he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, he makes it possible to match ads addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within Probuild to optimize operations.

a. “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available as part of the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the website;
b. “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of website pages;
c. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the website;
