The Poznan Financial Centre

The Poznan Financial Centre is the second biggest office building in Poznan. The building is located in the city centre, right next to Stary Browar. With its modern construction, height and location it has become one of the most characteristic elements in the capital of Wielkopolska. The skyscraper is the first building of this type in Poznan that is fully electronically controlled and it is regarded as a so-called “intelligent” building.

The Poznan Financial Centre has received numerous awards, e.g. it was the winner of the Jan Baptysta Quadro architectural contest organised by the City of Poznan and the Union of Polish Architects, and of the contest organised by Home & Market magazine as “Best office address in Poznan”. It was also granted the 2nd-class award in the "Building of the Year 2000" contest organised by the Polish Association of Engineers and construction Technicians, Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, Housing and Urban Development Office, and Main Construction Supervision Office.
