Bożena Rosińska-Gadzinowska’s responsibilities include creating, supervising and updating budgets of projects implemented by group companies, and in particular: Długi Targ sp. z o.o., Andersia Property sp. z o.o., Andresia Retail sp. z o.o. and other entities related to Von der Heyden Group. She cooperated with banks in terms of servicing of loan agreements for the above companies. In Probuild for 20 years.

Bożena Rosińska-Gadzinowska is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, faculty of International Business and Political Relations. Graduate of post-graduate studies on the Poznań University of Economics and Business – Company Finance: practical approach, School of Foreign Language in English language teaching, and preparatory courses in real estate evaluation for the exam for real estate expert (1997-1998).
