Andersia Silver – the final phase of development of Anders Square

We obtained the building permit for the construction of the last phase of development of Anders Square – the office complex with working name Andersia Silver – a very modern business centre which will become a Poznań area form the development of companies, corporations and start-ups.

The business centre in Anders Square is located by one of the city’s main roads, in the vicinity of Półwiejska Street, along the main communication stream of the City centre. In the neighbourhood there are many cultural, office and corporate buildings, such as Centre for Commrce, Art and Business Stary Browar, as well as the Old Market Square with one of the most enchanting Old Towns in Europe.

Most of the area of the Andersia Silver Complex will be devoted to A-class offices offering breathtaking view and perfect, natural lighting throught the glass facade, with optimum, easy-to-arrange, recurring space. Just as in the case of other high-rise buildings offered by Von der Heyden Group in cooperation with Probuild, the offices will be equipped in all systems ensuring comfort and safety of work: full air conditioning, access control, light-fiber telecommunications line, enforced ceilings in warehouse and server rooms and high-speed lifts.
The design also assumes preparing a central meeting space for the employees of offices located in Andersia Silver, as well as generally accessible service area, dedicated in particular to meet the needs of the building users.
