LAS is growing – preview presentation of our new project in 9 Prusa Street in Wrocław

During the Orange Poland presentation at the Property Forum we announced the start of work on our new investment – private dormitory LAS – Living and Studying in Wrocław. The project is located in the city center and will consist of two stages – adaptation of the building in 9 Prusa Street and the construction of a new building in the yard.

The dorm will offer young people various kinds micro apartments – one-room for up to 2 people and two-room for 4 people. Each micro apartment will have an individual bathroom and a kitchenette. Their major advantage is high-quality furnishing, full equipment to meet basic daily needs and interesting, modern design. In the basement, there will be common areas designed to encourage integration of the community with a cafeteria, a cinema room with video games, a laundry room with dryers. Additional facilities are planned in the second phase of the project.

The main advantages of LAS are quality, support and community, and for that reason in our dorms the residents will be able to benefit from a number of services that enhance the comfort of everyday life: broadband WiFi throughout the building, regular cleaning and replacement of linen, help of friendly staff, access to printers, interesting community-building events organized for residents.

In order to achieve its investment priorities, Probuild, as one of the pioneers in the private dormitories market in Poland, created an operating company responsible for managing housing services for students and marketing the new brand Living and Studying. Under its name, more facilities like this will be built by Probuild in the largest university cities in Poland.
