We have received a building permit for LAS!

We have obtained a building permit for our first private dorm LAS – Living and Studying in 9 Prusa Street in Wrocław. The project, located in the city center, will consist of two stages – adaptation of the building in 9 Prusa Street and construction of a new building in the yard.

Currently, we started working on the first part LAS private dorms, which is the adaptation of the existing building and the construction of an additional floor, so that the dorms could eventually accommodate over 250 students. In the new version, the building will have five floors above ground, with one-room micro apartments for up to 2 persons and two-room micro apartments for up to 4 persons. Each micro apartment will have an individual bathroom and a kitchenette. Their major advantage will be high-quality of furnishing, full equipment to meet basic daily needs and interesting, modern design. In the basement, there will be common areas designed to encourage integration of the community with a cafeteria, a cinema room with video games, a social room, and a laundry room with dryers.

We are also currently working on the website www.las.com.pl! We plan to welcome first residents in mid 2018!
