Andersia Tower is the highest A-class high-rise building located in the very heart of Poznań. The building was constructed with the use of the most advanced and modern technologies, thanks to which it meets the highest technical standards of office and hotel constructions.

Apart from the office part, Andersia Tower also includes 4-star hotel of the Spanish hotel chain IBB Hotel Collection, the largest in Poland. Hotel guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a unique water treatment system, a sauna, a spa, a fitness club and a steam bath. There are also high-class conference and banquet rooms.

Materials free from any harmful or dangerous substances were used for the construction of Andersia Tower. The entire building is electronically controlled; also the safety features are supervised by the central computer, which constantly ensures the safety of users.
