The building permit for the first phase of PIN Park project!

We have received a building permit for the first stage of the Wrocław’s office complex Pin Park in 33 Fabryczna Street. The neighbouring estates host among others Netia, Santander, Capgemini, IBM and Dolby Digital offices, making the area the largest and constantly growing business district in the city.

The project consists of three separate buildings – PIN 1, PIN 2 and PIN 3, offering a total of 52 000 sqm of leasable area. The maximum area of each floor will be 2 400 sqm. In addition, PINs’ tenants will have at their disposal 1 143 parking spaces (1 003 underground and 140 ground). The first stage of the project – PIN 1 – is planned to offer 16 750 sqm of space on eight floors above ground.

Receiving the building permit for the first stage allows us to begin the tender for general contractor of the investment. The works are planned for the third quarter of 2017, but already you can enjoy the new website of the project! Learn more on www.pin-park.pl!
