Poznań Financial Centre

Poznań Financial Centre is the second, after Andersia Tower, highest office building in Poznań. The building is located in the very centre of the City, in the vicinity of Stary Browar. Its modern construction, height and location makes it one of the most characteristic elements in the capital of the Wielkopolska Region. Poznań Financial Centre, as the first such facility in Poznań, is fully computer controlled and classified as the so-called “intelligent building”.

PFC was awarded in many categories, in.a.. it won the 1st place in the Giovanni Battista di Quadro architectural contest organized by the City of Poznań and the Polish Architectural Association, as well as the 1st place in the competition organized by Home & Market as “”The best office address in Poznań””. The building won 2nd degree award in the “”Construction of the year 2000″” competition organized by the Polish Union of Construction Engineers and Technicians, the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction, the Office of Housing and Urban Development and the Central Office for Construction Supervision.
