LAS (Living and studying) is a Modern dormitory with micro-apartments located in the very centre of Wrocław in 9 Prusa Street that was created to meet the residential needs of a modern student: 3 types of fully equipped and furnished micro apartments which can accommodate one, two or four people, depending on the floor area. 96 micro apartments in total in which as many as 250 students can conveniently live are planned in two phases of investment!

Probuild as one of the pioneers on the market of private dormitories in Poland, also create an operative company responsible for management of residential services for students and marketing. This company will also be responsible for running subsequent similar project.
