Długi Targ Hotel project supervised by Probuild consists in the refurbishment and reconstruction of three neighbouring historical buildings into a unique and functional *** Superior Hotel. The characteristic elements of the historical facades will be preserved, and the interiors will be modern and will use fully modern solutions. It is one of the most attractive properties in a special, tourist part of the Gdańsk Old Town, at the junction of Długi Targ and Mieszczańska Streets, just opposite the famous Neptune fountain and the historical Artus Court.

The new Długi Targ Hotel will have 4500 sqm, there will be 90 rooms and convenient suits available to guests on fourth floors. The building will also have commercial area at the ground floor.

The opening of the new hotel is planned in late summer 2017. IBB Długi Targ Hotel Gdańsk will be operated by the hotel chain IBB Hotel Collection, which already successfully manages two 4* first-rate hotels: IBB Grand Hotel Lublinianka in Lublin and IBB Hotel Andersia in Poznań.
